Centara Life Hotel Bangkok Phra Nakhon

It's a new hotel in the older part of town, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very helpful, including with getting laundry and pressing done in-house. Bangkok's traffic is a nightmare, so being near the major cultural sites, such as the Grand Palace, royal temples, and National Museum, is a plus if you are interested in arts and culture. Incidentally, the hotel does not work with a local company for hiring a car and driver, so you have to do that on your own. I will stay here again when I return to Bangkok.

The Staff in this hotel are excellent. As a team they are focused entirely on the needs of the guests. No request is too difficult to be met. They are a young team with a strong work ethic. The Security team and porters are there immediately to meet and greet guests. The Reception staff are extremely helpful and have excellent communication skills. The Restaurant staff are also a young and supportive team. They are the front line, who have the unfortunate task of explaining when many items are not available. They try to point customers to other similar choices on the menu and are very apologetic, even though the fault does not lie with them.

Room was big, bed really comfortable and very big 😊 the location is nice, cool restaurants and breakfast at spots nearby, you can also have breakfast at the hotel. We had a nice welcoming drink. Really good experience!

The room was lovely, clean and had good amenities. Housekeeping service was friendly, and fast. Clean towels or room clean is available by ordering via CentaraLife app...what a great idea. Buffet breakfast was very good 9/10
